Shipping Locations

VelvetPawsub  ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international locations, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. Please check our shipping confirmation email for accurate shipping updates.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options within the United States:

FREE SHIPPING

  • Cost: $0.00 (free on all orders)

  • Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after handling

  • Total Time: 3–9 business days from order date

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Cost: $7.59

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after handling

  • Total Time: 2–5 business days from order date

Order Tracking

All orders include free tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order using the link provided in your email or by visiting our carrier's website.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order will be determined by package size, destination, and availability.

Shipping Address

We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed. Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons (November–December), shipping times may be extended by 1–3 business days due to carrier volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before holidays.
